Extra charges Resort Cala di Falco – Villas

Supplements to be requested and paid when booking

• The rates include: villa rental; 24-hour reception service (during hotel closure periods, reception is available at set times); Wi-Fi; use of the hotel swimming pool; beach service (one umbrella and two sun loungers) on the beach in front of the hotel; shuttle service to the public beach of Mannena (at set times); free, uncovered, unguarded parking; a floodlit tennis court with a Mateco surface; and a beach volleyball court.

Mandatory extra charges:

Rates quoted do not include utilities and (mandatory) final cleaning to be paid on arrival:

• Utilities: € 70.00 per week per person for water, gas, electricity, linen (bed/bathroom: 1 set of bed linen and 2 bathroom sets, kitchen linen not supplied). Complimentary beach towels and bathrobes for adults are supplied together with mid-week cleaning. Children aged from 0 to 23 months free.
• Final cleaning: € 200.00 for villas typology A, typology B and Villa Erica, € 250.00 for villas typology C, typology D, Villa Elicriso and Villa Ginestra . Fridge, crockery and kitchen area must be left clean prior to departure or € 150.00 will be deducted from the deposit.
• There is an obligatory deposit of € 300.00 per villa to be left on arrival (refunded on departure).
• Midweek cleaning (optional) to ask and pay for on site: € 100.00 for the A and B type villas, € 125.00 for the C and D type villas, Villa Erica, Villa Elicriso and Villa Ginestra.

Guests may book breakfast and dinner directly in the Hotel in one of the resort’s Restaurants, with the option of taking advantage of one of the weekly packages.
