The villas are all provided with two bathrooms, living room, kitchen with oven and dishwasher, Sat TV, wide terrace and/or furnished garden. Beach towels and bathrobes for adults provided.


Asfodelo (5 persons)
room with double bed and bathroom, 2nd bedroom with twin beds, 2nd bathroom with shower, kitchen and living room with a single sofa bed and a built in sofa bed.

Erica(sea-view, 5 persons)
two-storey villa. Upper floor: room with double bed and toilet, 2nd bedroom with twin beds, 2nd bathroom with shower. Lower floor: kitchen, living room with one single sofa-bed.

Corbezzolo(sea-view, 8 persons)
room with double bed, 2nd bedroom with twin beds and bathroom with shower, 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds, 2nd bathroom with shower, kitchen and living room with double sofa-bed.

Dracena(7 persons)
Master double bedroom with bathroom, 2nd double bedroom, 3rd bedroom with two single beds, 2nd bathroom with shower and toilet (with hand basin), kitchen, living room with single sofa bed and built in corner sofa bed.

Ginestra(sea-view, 8 persons)
room with double bed and bathroom, 2nd double room and 2 bedrooms with two single beds each, 2nd bathroom with shower, kitchen and living room.


Cala di Falco Villa's customers can use free of charge sport facilities such as synthetic and illuminated tennis court, beach volley court, free car parks, uncovered and unattended. In addition, during the opening period of the Hotel “Il Borgo” guests can also use free of charge the following services: 24 hour reception (in other periods at a scheduled times); Baby Club for children from 18 months to age 3 and Mini Club from 4 to 13 from 27/05 to 07/09 from 09.00 to 13.00 and 15.00 to 18.30 7 days a week; central swimming pool “Hotel Il Borgo” (during the closing dates of the Hotel, swimming pool with sun loungers and deck chairs in “La Rotonda” area); Free shuttle bus to other public beaches equipped with extra charge external beach service at scheduled times (not available on Saturdays). Wi-Fi service in reception/bar area, free with guest’s own laptop for the first 60 minutes (180 minutes/3 euros).

Optional services on payment
Available services during the opening period of the hotel: bar and piano bar, restaurants, Internet point, boat trips around the archipelago with Delphina Express at special rates, beach umbrella and sun lounger hire on the beach. Transfers. Excursions.

All our Villa guests, have the possibility to book directly with the hotel: Breakfast, Mediterranean Brunch® and Dinner in one of the Hotel Restaurants, and can take advantage of specially designated offers (subject to availability).

- Villa rental prices are not based on guest capacity and number of bedrooms, but on their position, furnishings, and equipped outdoor areas.

Villas are available by 5.00 pm on day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00 am on day of departure

- Refundable deposit: € 300.00.
- No charge for child’s cot and high chair if requested when booking. To better fall in with your needs, it would be appreciated if you could indicate when booking your estimated arrival time.
