The villas are all provided with two bathrooms, living
room, kitchen with oven and dishwasher, Sat TV, wide terrace
and/or furnished garden.
Asfodelo
it comprises a room with double bed and bathroom, 2nd bedroom with
twin beds, 2nd bathroom with shower, kitchen and living room with an
armchair foldout bed and a built-in sofa-bed. (5 persons)
Orchidea
sea-view villa, comprising a room with double bed and bathroom, 2nd
bedroom with twin beds, 2nd bathroom with shower and washing machine,
kitchen and living room with two armchair foldout beds. (6 persons)
Corbezzolo
sea-view villa comprising a room with double bed, 2nd bedroom with
twin beds and bathroom, a room with 2 single beds, 2nd bathroom
with shower, kitchen and living room with double sofa-bed. (8 persons)
Erica
Two-storey sea-view villa.
Upper floor: room with double bed and bathroom,
2nd bedroom with twin beds, 2nd bathroom with shower.
Lower floor: kitchen, living room
with single sofa-bed
and armchairs. (5 persons)
Ginestra
sea-view villa, comprising a room with double bed and bathroom, 2nd
double room and 2 rooms with two single beds each, 2nd bathroom
with shower, kitchen and living room. (8 persons)
Cala di Falco Villa’s customers are welcome to
use all the Complex facilities such tennis and beach volley courts,
Mini & Junior Club, pools, boat excursions to the Archipelago by Delphina
Express and Poseidon launch boats at
special Delphina dedicated rates, evening piano bar live entertainment
and shows, beach service (for which a supplement applies).
All our Villa guests, have the possibility to book directly with the
hotel: Breakfast, Mediterranean Brunch® and Dinner in one
of the Hotel Restaurants, and can take advantage of specially designated offers
(subject to availability)
- Villa rental prices are not based on guest capacity and
number of bedrooms, but on their position, furnishings,
and equipped outdoor areas.
Villas are available by 5.00 pm on day of arrival and should be vacated
by 10.00 am on day of departure
- Refundable deposit: € 260.00.
- Delphina Club Card ( compulsory to be paid upon arrival ): € 28.00 per
person per week from 8th June 2008 to 5th Sept. 2008 ( FREE for
children under 4 years old ).
- No charge for child’s cot if requested when booking.
