The residence at the Resort Cala di Falco in Cannigione, in a strategic position at the gateway to the Costa Smeralda, has a range of 40 apartments on the ground and first floor in an exclusive and peaceful section of the resort, separated from the hotel by a road only, just 200 metres from the sea and beach at Cannigione.
The residence is ideally located for exploring the North of Sardinia, midway between the glamorous atmosphere of the Costa Smeralda and the “most transparent archipelago in the world”. The coastline of the Golfo di Arzachena, over 80 kms long is a succession of little inlets, beaches, cliffs and beautiful bays all for you to discover during your holiday in Sardinia.

The one bedroom apartments at the Residence Cala di Falco are set around a swimming pool provided with sun loungers and deck chairs in an exclusive and peaceful part of the resort. The apartments are all on the ground or first floor and have a veranda provided with coffee table and chairs.
Recently refurbished, all the apartments have been carefully furnished in typical Mediterranean style. They all have independent entrances and have a bedroom with double bed, living room with two single sofa beds, bathroom with shower and cooking area. They are suitable for two adults with the option of a third and fourth guest aged up to 14 years.
Check in/out
The apartments are available from 17.00 and should be vacated by 10.00 on the day of departure. Pets are not allowed.

Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi in the swimming pool area, a beautiful swimming pool provided with sun loungers and deck chairs and the chance to use the resort’s tennis court and beach volleyball court free of charge. In addition there is free unattended covered parking and the reception service at residence with all major credit cards accepted.
The residence offers one, two, three bedroom holiday apartments set in the resort’s lush green Mediterranean gardens – a relaxing and tranquil setting which guarantees a certain level of privacy. In addition there is the convenience of being just a few steps from the beach and the centre of the town of Cannigione.
Beaches around the Resort
Guests at the residence can rent parasols and sun loungers on Cannigione beach, easy to get to on foot as it is literally just over the road, and also use the shuttle-bus service (at extra charge) to the beaches at Barca Bruciata or Mannena, a beautiful natural oasis located within a protected natural lagoon. Additionally, they can make use of the sea platform with parasol and sun loungers service, subject to availability (services at a charge).
