In another area of the complex (divided from the Hotel area by a secondary road), we have the "ROTONDA" lying around the second pool of the complex. The Residential area consists of 26 Two-Rooms self-catering apartments (maximum 4 people) and 4 Three-room self-catering apartments (maximum 6 people) either on ground level or 1st floor. All the customer staying in the apartments can relax around the dedicated pool, using the provided deckchairs or loungers. 

APARTMENTS
All apartments, recently refurbished, have an independent entrance and are furnished in Mediterranean style. Every apartment has a veranda with a small table and chairs, bathroom with shower, hair dryer, air conditioning, safe, SAT TV, telephone and fridge. Beach towels provided.

BILOCALE
Apartment with double bedroom + lounge with two single sofa beds and kitchenette.
TRILOCALE
Apartment with double bedroom + twin bedroom + lounge with two single sofa beds and kitchenette.

All the Cala di Falco Residence’s customers, can have the following services free of charge: swimming pool, deck chairs and sun loungers in the Rotonda area; 24 hour Hotel "Il Borgo" reception in the opening period of the hotel (in other periods at a scheduled time); tennis and beach volley court. Wi-Fi service in reception/bar area, free with guest’s own laptop for the first 60 minutes (180 minutes / 3 euros). Free car parks, uncovered and unattended.

Piano Bar, Restaurants (subject to Reservation), boat Trips to the archipelago on the Delphina Express at special rates, Beach service (from 10/06 to 14/09), Internet point, Baby club (18 months - 3 years) and Mini-Club (4-13 years) from 27/05 to 07/09 from 09.00 am 13.00 and 15.00 to 18.30.

All our self catering guests, have the possibility to book directly at the hotel: Breakfast, Brunch Mediterraneo® and Dinner in one of the two Hotel Restaurants, and can take advantage of specially designated offers (subject to availability).

• No charge for child’s cot if requested when booking;
• The Apartments are available by 5.00 pm on day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00 am on day of departure;
• Refundable deposit: € 150.00;
• Beach Service (from 10/06 to 14/09): A beach umbrella + 2 sun loungers € 15,00 full day (€ 10,00 ½ day);
• Half day trip to the Archipelago € 20,00 per person (from 3 up to 12 years old € 12,00);
• Hire of push chair € 20,00 per stay (to be requested at time of booking);
• Hire of high-chair € 20,00 per stay (to be requested at time of booking);
• Shuttle service to the beach (not available on Saturdays): € 5.00 per person return.
